We have received your Warranty Claim, and it will be processed as soon as possible. Please note that it may be necessary for RGF Environmental to request proof of purchase or installation to validate the start date on this warranty term.
If not needed, you will receive a follow up email with your RMA# and instructions on what to do with the failed unit, lamp or accessory part.
